Every authorized role can participate in the foundational platform. Paid products belong to the subscribing Role Organization and apply its own rules, connected systems, protection requirements, and audit boundaries.

Each Role Organization receives and governs its own Automation, protection, evidence, and billing state.
No forced dependency
Nexus Plus is not required for Nexus Protect, and protection requirements cannot force another participant to subscribe.

Nexus Protect is initially intended for eligible Broker and Shipper Role Organizations. It can manage Driver assurance and Core-level Live Acceptance while exposing only the minimum evidence needed for authorized reliance.

ENTITLEMENT BOUNDARIES
A subscription changes capability—not identity, assurance, or authority by itself.
Trust decisions remain outcome-based and provider-neutral. Equivalent current assurance should be reused when valid, every material action still requires authority, and AI output remains advisory until an authorized human or approved governed policy acts.
Subscription is not assurance
A paid product never substitutes for verified identity, role, relationship, evidence, or an actual assurance result.
Automation is not authority
Nexus Plus can execute only the actions the subscribing organization is authorized to perform.
Protection is not a guarantee
Nexus Protect strengthens acceptance evidence but does not insure freight, eliminate fraud, or replace distinct credentials.
