DOCUMENT NOTICE

This Communications Consent governs the separate email, automated SMS, and voice communication experiences described below.

TT-COM-LGL-001

Separate Communication Choices

Requesting platform access, requesting Ecosystem Partner discovery, receiving a direct response to a submitted request, receiving email updates, receiving automated SMS updates, and calling the public business line are separate actions. TruckerTech does not infer optional email or SMS consent from another request, sign-in, navigation, a phone call, or continued use. Optional email and SMS checkboxes are unchecked by default.

Email Updates

A person who separately selects email updates may receive launch milestones, platform and product updates, feature information, events, company news, Ecosystem Partner opportunities, integration updates, sandbox information, and related TruckerTech communications for the selected context. Transactional request receipts and direct responses remain separate from optional email subscriptions. Email recipients may use the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the message or contact support@truckertech.com.

Automated SMS Programs and Use Cases

A person may separately request recurring automated SMS updates from TruckerTech for one of these displayed program contexts:

  • Platform updates: platform availability, launch milestones, products, features, events, company news, and related TruckerTech updates.
  • Ecosystem Partner updates: Partner opportunities, integrations, sandbox availability, launch milestones, events, and related TruckerTech updates.

TruckerTech may use one registered campaign and messaging service only when the campaign description, sample messages, sending numbers, public disclosures, and actual content remain aligned. TruckerTech will not send unrelated content under the program.

Website Opt-In

To request SMS enrollment, the person must provide a mobile number, select the separate SMS-only checkbox, confirm authorization to use the number, accept the displayed recurring-message disclosure, and submit the form. The phone field is optional unless SMS is selected. The SMS checkbox and the authorization and consent checkboxes are not preselected. Consent is not a condition of requesting access, requesting Partner discovery, purchasing goods or services, or receiving a direct response to a submitted request.

Confirmation and Enrollment Status

The completed website opt-in is the enrollment action. After the program is activated and the provider accepts the message request, TruckerTech may send one confirmation message identifying TruckerTech, the recurring automated SMS program, message-frequency variability, carrier-charge disclosure, HELP, and STOP. A START message is used to resubscribe after an opt-out where supported; a START message received without a matching prior website consent record will not create website-program enrollment. TruckerTech may retain confirmation, delivery, and provider-event evidence.

Frequency, Charges, and Delivery

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Delivery is not guaranteed, and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages may be sent using automated technology where lawful. TruckerTech does not promise that every message will be delivered or that every carrier or device will support every feature.

STOP, HELP, and START

Reply STOP to opt out of the relevant TruckerTech automated SMS program. After STOP is processed, no further recurring messages will be sent from that program unless the recipient later provides a legally valid new opt-in or sends START to resubscribe where supported. Reply HELP for help or contact support@truckertech.com. Reply START to resubscribe after an opt-out where supported. Twilio may process standard opt-out, help, and opt-in keywords through the configured Messaging Service and send the configured acknowledgment response. TruckerTech records and reconciles those events to its consent and suppression records.

Sender and Provider Boundary

Automated website and platform SMS uses Twilio and a separately registered TruckerTech messaging number or sender pool. The public business line, 912.291.TECH (8324), is operated through Quo and may be answered by Tucker, TruckerTech’s AI phone assistant. Calling the Quo business line or receiving a directly related conversational follow-up from that line does not enroll the recipient in the Twilio automated SMS program. TruckerTech will not represent the Quo number as the automated program sender unless that boundary is separately changed, registered, disclosed, and approved.

Mobile Information and Non-Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. TruckerTech may disclose mobile information only to providers and carriers that support the requested messaging service, for security and compliance, or when required by law, and those recipients may not use it for their own marketing.

Consent and Delivery Evidence

TruckerTech may retain the program selected; mobile number; exact disclosure version, text, and hash; source page; affirmative actions; consent timestamp; enrollment and confirmation status; sender and provider references; delivery events; HELP, STOP, and START events; suppression status; and related troubleshooting records. Evidence is retained for the period reasonably necessary to operate the program, honor preferences, respond to disputes, prevent unlawful re-enrollment, and demonstrate compliance.
