DOCUMENT NOTICE
PRODUCTION NOTICE: This exact version was approved for production and made effective on August 1, 2026 by Jaime E. Fuentes II under TT-LGL-000P, TT-LGL-000Q, and TT-LGL-000R. This Policy is active for the TruckerTech-controlled surfaces that link to it. Technology facts not yet verified are expressly identified as implementation-pending or configuration-dependent and will be updated when the relevant information becomes available. A service is not represented as active merely because it appears in this Policy.
TT-LGL-014
Scope
This Policy explains the cookies, local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, software development kits, and similar technologies used or conditionally implemented on TruckerTech-controlled websites and applications. Technology availability and configuration may differ by surface. A service described as conditional or implementation-pending is not represented as active until TruckerTech enables it and updates the applicable live inventory.

Categories
Strictly Necessary technologies may support authentication, session continuity, security, fraud prevention, load balancing, preferences essential to a requested service, and legal-consent records.
Optional functional technologies may be used only when needed to provide a user-requested function and when their provider, purpose, data, duration, owner, jurisdiction treatment, and disable path are documented.
Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights are enabled for aggregate website analytics and performance measurement. When enabled, Web Analytics may record page or route information, referrer, filtered query parameters, approximate city/state/country, browser, device, operating system, timestamp, and configured custom events. Vercel states that Web Analytics does not use cookies for visitor identification, creates a request-derived visitor hash, and discards the associated visitor session after 24 hours. Speed Insights may record route and URL, network speed, browser, device, operating system, country, Web Vitals, attribution, SDK information, and event time. TruckerTech will not intentionally place form responses, contact details, credentials, database identifiers, provider identifiers, or other personal or sensitive information in analytics URLs, query parameters, or custom events and will use available redaction controls. Other nonessential analytics and performance technologies remain disabled unless separately disclosed.
Advertising pixels, retargeting, cross-context behavioral tracking, targeted-advertising technologies, session replay, and fingerprinting are not active or authorized for the base launch. Any later use requires an updated notice, verified implementation, applicable consent or opt-out controls, and an explicit Founder decision.
TT-LGL-014
Third Parties
Infrastructure or security providers may operate essential technologies under applicable contracts. Analytics, communications, support, identity, payment, Partner, or other optional providers are active only when enabled on the relevant surface. A provider is not treated as deployed merely because it is planned, evaluated, or supported by the architecture.
TT-LGL-014
Choices
TruckerTech will not intentionally load a nonessential technology unless it is documented, disclosed, technically verified, and subject to any applicable consent or preference mechanism. Browser and device controls may affect essential functions. Any consent banner or preference center must accurately control the relevant technologies, preserve evidence of choices, permit withdrawal where required, and provide a disable path.
TT-LGL-014
Do Not Track and Opt-Out Signals
Where applicable law requires TruckerTech to recognize a universal opt-out mechanism, including Global Privacy Control, TruckerTech will process that signal for the legally covered sale, sharing, targeted-advertising, or similar activity. Advertising and cross-context tracking are not active at base launch, so a GPC signal does not disable strictly necessary technologies or create an opt-out from processing needed to provide a requested service.
TT-LGL-014
Retention
Cookie and similar-technology retention varies by purpose and configuration. Session technologies may expire when a session ends; persistent technologies may remain for a defined period unless deleted sooner. Vercel states that the Web Analytics visitor session associated with its request-derived hash is discarded after 24 hours; dashboard or service data may be retained under the applicable Vercel plan, agreement, and account configuration.
