Scope

These Website Terms of Use govern access to public TruckerTech LLC websites, landing pages, public resource pages, and other publicly available online content that links to these Terms. They do not replace the TruckerTech Platform Terms of Service, a Master Services Agreement, an Order Form, partner terms, or another signed agreement governing an account, subscription, integration, transaction, or service.

“TruckerTech,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean TruckerTech LLC. “Website” means each TruckerTech-controlled public site or page that links to the version of these Terms then in effect. “You” means the person accessing the Website and, when applicable, the organization on whose behalf that person acts.

Acceptance and Eligibility

By accessing or using the Website after these Terms are posted and made conspicuous, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. You represent that you have legal capacity to agree and, when acting for an organization, authority to act for that organization. The Website is not directed to children under 16. A person aged 16 or 17 may use only limited public or organization-authorized experiences and may not make a self-service purchase or enroll in the optional SMS program or another age-restricted workflow.

Informational Purpose

Website content describes TruckerTech’s vision, products, programs, projected capabilities, partner ecosystem, and services. Features may be planned, limited, experimental, dependent on third parties, or unavailable in a particular location or plan. Public content is not a guarantee that a feature, integration, partner, price, security control, service level, or release date is currently available. Binding commitments arise only from the agreement that expressly governs the relevant service.

Permitted Use

You may view and use the Website for lawful informational and business-evaluation purposes. You may not misuse the Website; interfere with its operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; scrape or extract content at unreasonable scale; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; evade technical controls; use Website content to mislead others about TruckerTech; or violate applicable law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or contractual restrictions.

Intellectual Property

The Website and its software, visual design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, product names, workflows, documentation, and other content are owned by or licensed to TruckerTech and are protected by law. Except for the limited right to access and use the Website under these Terms, no right or license is granted. You may not use TruckerTech marks or imply endorsement, affiliation, certification, or partnership without written authorization.

Submissions and Feedback

Information submitted through public forms must be accurate and lawful. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive information through a general Website form unless the form expressly requests it and provides an appropriate notice. Feedback may be used by TruckerTech without restriction or compensation, provided TruckerTech does not thereby acquire ownership of your pre-existing confidential information or intellectual property.

Privacy, Cookies, and Communications

Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information. Our Cookie and Similar Technologies Policy explains the cookies, storage, analytics, performance-measurement, and similar technologies used or conditionally implemented on the Website. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights may be used only as described in those notices and under the verified configuration then in effect. Advertising pixels, cross-context behavioral tracking, session replay, fingerprinting, and other unapproved tracking are not authorized. Separate affirmative consent applies where required for optional communications.

Optional TruckerTech SMS Program

The optional TruckerTech SMS program is separate from requesting platform access, requesting Partner discovery, receiving direct responses to a request, calling the public business line, or purchasing any good or service. The program may send recurring automated text messages about platform availability, launch milestones, products, features, events, company news, Ecosystem Partner opportunities, integrations, sandbox availability, and related TruckerTech updates, according to the specific SMS choice shown at enrollment.

You enroll only by providing a mobile number, selecting a separate SMS-only checkbox that is unchecked by default, confirming that you are authorized to use the number, accepting the displayed disclosure, and submitting the form. The submitted website consent is the enrollment action. After activation, TruckerTech may send a confirmation message identifying the program. Consent is not a condition of requesting access, requesting Partner discovery, purchasing goods or services, or receiving a direct response to a submitted request.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help, or START to resubscribe after an opt-out. An opt-out applies to the relevant TruckerTech automated SMS program but does not prevent legally permitted operational, security, transactional, or person-to-person communications through another channel. Automated website and platform SMS may be sent through Twilio from a TruckerTech messaging number that is separate from the public Quo business line. Calling or messaging the public business line does not enroll a person in the automated SMS program. Additional program details appear in the TruckerTech Communications Consent. Third-Party Sites and Services

The Website may link to or describe third-party sites, platforms, products, or services. TruckerTech does not control third-party content, availability, security, privacy practices, or performance and does not endorse a third party merely by linking to or describing it. Your relationship with a third party is governed by that party’s terms.

Website content is general information and is not legal, tax, insurance, employment, safety, regulatory, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions, compliance duties, and professional review appropriate to your circumstances.

Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TRUCKERTECH DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES A WARRANTY OR RIGHT THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUCKERTECH AND ITS AFFILIATES, PERSONNEL, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM THE WEBSITE OR OPTIONAL SMS PROGRAM. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUCKERTECH’S AGGREGATE DIRECT LIABILITY ARISING FROM FREE WEBSITE OR SMS-PROGRAM USE WILL NOT EXCEED USD 100. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, an organization using the Website on a business basis agrees to defend and indemnify TruckerTech from third-party claims arising from that organization’s unlawful use, content, submissions, lack of authority, or material violation of these Terms. This section does not impose a business indemnity obligation on an individual acting solely in a personal or household capacity.

Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue Website content, Website access, or an optional communications program. Updated Terms will be posted with an effective date and any notice required by law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where legally permitted. A material change to the SMS program will be handled through the notice or renewed consent required by applicable law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Georgia law, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through written notice and at least 30 days of informal resolution. When the separately disclosed arbitration and opt-out process is operational and presented at acceptance, individual disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the applicable rules identified in that process, with a 30-day right to opt out after first acceptance, an exception for eligible small-claims matters, and the right to seek temporary or emergency equitable relief. To the maximum extent permitted by law, covered disputes proceed only on an individual basis. Business disputes not subject to an applicable arbitration agreement will be brought in the state courts located in Glynn County, Georgia, or the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, Brunswick Division. Until the arbitration opt-out workflow is operational and disclosed at acceptance, this paragraph does not itself activate mandatory arbitration.
