Our Commitment
TruckerTech LLC is committed to making its websites, applications, documents, communications, and customer-support experiences usable by people with disabilities. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing product, engineering, content, procurement, and support responsibility rather than a one-time certification.
TT-LGL-015
Accessibility Objective
TruckerTech uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as an internal design and improvement objective for relevant digital experiences. This objective is not a representation that every surface fully conforms to WCAG, is certified, is free of barriers, or is subject to a particular technical legal standard. Applicable accessibility obligations may vary by service, audience, and jurisdiction.

Measures
Depending on the service and release stage, TruckerTech may use semantic structure; keyboard-accessible interaction; visible focus treatment; sufficient contrast; text alternatives; form labels and instructions; error identification; captions or transcripts; zoom and reflow support; reduced-motion considerations; assistive-technology testing; automated checks; manual review; accessible procurement requirements; and remediation tracking.

Third-Party and Partner Content
Some experiences may be supplied, embedded, linked, or operated by an Ecosystem Partner or another third party. TruckerTech does not control every third-party experience, but will seek accessible integration paths, communicate reported barriers to the responsible provider, and offer a reasonable alternative where practicable. The third party remains responsible for its own product and legal obligations.
TT-LGL-015
Assistance and Alternative Access
A person who encounters a barrier may request assistance or a reasonable alternative method of accessing information or completing a supported workflow. TruckerTech will evaluate the request in light of the person’s needs, the nature of the service, security, privacy, operational safety, and technical feasibility.

Scope
This Statement applies to TruckerTech-controlled websites, applications, documents, forms, and digital services that link to it. Planned or unreleased services are not represented as covered merely because they appear in product materials. Independently operated third-party services remain responsible for their own experiences, while TruckerTech will communicate reported barriers and seek reasonable alternative access where practicable.
