DOCUMENT NOTICE
PRODUCTION NOTICE: This exact version was approved for production and made effective on August 1, 2026 by Jaime E. Fuentes II under TT-LGL-000P, TT-LGL-000Q, and TT-LGL-000R. This Consent is active as TruckerTech’s production electronic-record disclosure, but it applies to a particular user only after that user affirmatively accepts it through a released consent flow. No electronic-consent record is inferred from sign-in, navigation, or continued use. Any provider, format, delivery, copy, withdrawal, retention, or workflow detail identified as conditional or implementation-pending will be updated when the relevant information becomes available.

Consent to Electronic Records
By affirmatively accepting this Consent, a user agrees that TruckerTech may provide agreements, disclosures, notices, policies, authorizations, consent records, transaction records, Core evidence, signatures, and other records electronically through the Platform, email, in-app delivery, or another disclosed electronic method. The consent applies to the categories of records identified here and in the applicable transaction or service. It does not require a user to accept unrelated marketing communications or waive a right to paper or nonelectronic records when applicable law provides one.
TT-LGL-013
Electronic Signatures and Acceptances
A typed name, click, checkbox, PIN, authenticated action, or another approved electronic action adopted by a human with intent to sign may constitute an electronic signature to the extent permitted by law. Biometric or liveness acceptance is not approved for the base launch. AI may not create a signature, acceptance, or legal commitment. Platform records must identify the signer, represented organization and authority basis, exact document and version or content hash, notice shown, action taken, timestamp, authentication context, source channel, applicable Core or transaction, withdrawal or supersession state, and retention location.
TT-LGL-013
Hardware and Software
To access and retain electronic records, users need an internet-connected device, a currently supported browser or released TruckerTech application, access to the verified contact method associated with the account, and software capable of displaying, downloading, printing, or saving HTML and PDF records. The acceptance flow must reasonably demonstrate that the user can access the form of electronic record that will be used. If a material change to these requirements creates a risk that a user cannot access or retain future records, TruckerTech will provide the revised requirements and any renewed-consent or withdrawal option required by law.
TT-LGL-013
Copies and Retention
Users may download, print, or save electronic records and may request an available paper or nonelectronic copy by using the contact methods below. TruckerTech will disclose before consent whether a paper copy is available and whether any lawful fee applies. Electronic evidence will be retained in a form that accurately reflects the record and can be reproduced for later reference for the period required by the applicable retention schedule, law, contract, security need, or dispute.
TT-LGL-013
Updating Contact Information
Users must keep account contact information current. Notices sent to the most recent verified address or delivered through the account may be treated as received to the extent permitted by law.
TT-LGL-013
Withdrawal
A user may withdraw consent to electronic delivery by contacting legal@truckertech.com or support@truckertech.com or through another method presented in the applicable service. Before consent, TruckerTech will disclose any conditions, consequences, or lawful fees associated with withdrawal and whether withdrawal limits or ends access to a service that requires electronic records. Withdrawal does not invalidate electronic records or signatures provided before the withdrawal becomes effective. TruckerTech will record the request, issue or retain a receipt, identify the effective date and affected services, and preserve the withdrawal record. A separate 30-day arbitration opt-out is governed by the applicable Terms and is not the same action as withdrawing electronic-delivery consent.
TT-LGL-013
Texts and Calls
Consent to electronic records does not by itself constitute consent to all marketing texts or calls. Separate communications consent will apply where required.
