DOCUMENT NOTICE
This Privacy Notice describes TruckerTech’s current handling of personal information across the services and communication programs that link to it.
TT-PRI-001
This Privacy Notice explains how TruckerTech LLC collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information through TruckerTech-controlled websites, applications, account and access services, Cores, released Career functions, informational Ecosystem Partner experiences, approved communications and integrations, Automation features, and support operations that link to this Notice. Planned, preview, disabled, or restricted features are not treated as active processing merely because they are described in product materials.
TT-PRI-001
Depending on the released feature used, TruckerTech may collect account and profile information; identifiers and contact details; organization, role, authority, licensing, insurance, employment, and professional information; device, browser, network, log, essential-cookie, and security data; Core, document, workflow, transaction, communication, signature, consent, and audit records; approved integration and connected-account data; support and feedback records; and, when paid products are activated, subscription, invoice, tax, usage, and payment-status information.
For the optional SMS program, TruckerTech may collect the mobile number, the program selected, the exact disclosure version and text shown, affirmative checkbox and form-submission evidence, source page, consent timestamp, enrollment and confirmation status, provider message identifiers, delivery status, HELP requests, STOP or START events, suppression status, and related troubleshooting records. Precise background location, consumer-report data, biometric and liveness material, high-impact AI decision data, marketplace checkout data, and other separately restricted categories are not approved for the base launch.
TT-PRI-001
Government-identification, selfie, biometric, face-comparison, liveness, and Live Acceptance processing is not included in the base launch and must remain disabled. TruckerTech will not intentionally collect or process these categories through an active workflow unless a separately selected provider, jurisdiction and age analysis, purpose-specific notice and consent, retention and deletion schedule, security controls, operating procedure, explicit Founder activation decision, and separately released Identity Verification, Biometric and Liveness Notice and Consent are in place.
TT-PRI-001
Information may come from users; represented organizations; drivers, carriers, brokers, shippers, receivers, and other participants; Ecosystem Partners; connected systems; identity, security, payment, communication, analytics, and infrastructure providers; public or government sources; and information generated through Platform activity. SMS-program information comes primarily from the person who completes the opt-in form, the mobile carrier, Twilio, and later keyword or delivery events associated with the program.
TT-PRI-001
TruckerTech may use information, as applicable to the released feature, to provide and secure accounts; authenticate users and organizations; administer permissions; operate Cores and workflows; prevent fraud and abuse; enable authorized communications, signatures, evidence, scheduling, released Career functions, approved integrations, role-specific Automation, billing, and support; comply with law; investigate incidents and disputes; improve products; and generate permitted operational metadata and aggregated or de-identified Platform Intelligence.
When separately activated, SMS-program information may be used to document consent, send and confirm requested recurring messages, route HELP requests, honor STOP and START instructions, suppress further messages where required, reconcile provider delivery events, investigate abuse or delivery failures, and demonstrate compliance. Restricted identity, screening, promotional-communications, marketplace, external SSO-reliance, and high-impact AI purposes remain disabled unless separately activated.
TT-PRI-001
We may disclose information to authorized participants in a workflow; represented organizations; Ecosystem Partners and connected services selected or authorized by users; service providers; professional advisers; government or legal recipients when required; transaction counterparties in a corporate event; and others with consent or lawful authorization.
Current or conditionally implemented providers may include Supabase for data-platform and authentication services; Vercel for hosting, deployment, Web Analytics, and Speed Insights; Google Workspace for business email and records; OpenPhone Technologies, Inc. d/b/a Quo for the public business line, calling, messaging, Tucker call handling, and directly related conversational follow-up; GitHub for private source control and development operations; Resend for configured email-delivery functions; and Twilio for the separately consented automated TruckerTech SMS program. A provider is used only for the enabled service and environment, and privacy roles may differ by data category. Access is limited by role, permission, purpose, workflow context, provider terms, and configuration.
TT-PRI-001
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. TruckerTech may disclose mobile information only to service providers that support delivery and operation of the requested messaging program, to a carrier or communications intermediary, when necessary to protect the program or users, or when required by law. Those recipients may use the information only for the authorized service, security, compliance, or legal purpose and not for their own marketing.
The optional SMS program sends recurring automated messages for the use case selected at enrollment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of requesting access, requesting Partner discovery, purchasing goods or services, or receiving a direct response to a submitted request.
TT-PRI-001
Customers and users retain their rights in identifiable Customer Data they lawfully provide. TruckerTech owns its Platform, software, interfaces, workflows, and operational metadata and may create aggregated or de-identified intelligence to the extent it is not reasonably linkable to an identifiable person or customer and the use is permitted by law and contract. TruckerTech may use permitted Platform Intelligence for analytics, benchmarking, fraud prevention, product improvement, Automation, and AI development. TruckerTech does not acquire ownership of identifiable Customer Data merely because it is processed through the Platform and will not use private Customer Data to train a general-purpose model serving unrelated customers without a separate lawful and authorized basis.
TT-PRI-001
Essential cookies and storage may support authentication, session continuity, security, fraud prevention, preferences needed for a requested function, and consent evidence. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights may be enabled only under the verified configuration then in effect. Their data handling is described in the Cookie and Similar Technologies Policy, including page or route, referrer, filtered query parameters, device and browser information, approximate location, performance metrics, and configured custom events. TruckerTech does not intentionally place form responses, contact details, mobile numbers, consent values, database identifiers, provider identifiers, or message content in analytics URLs, query parameters, or custom events. Advertising pixels, cross-context behavioral tracking, session replay, fingerprinting, and unapproved optional SDKs are not active or authorized for the base launch.
TT-PRI-001
We retain information for the period reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including account operations, workflow and acceptance evidence, legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and enforcement. Retention varies by record type, the relevant relationship, provider settings, legal holds, and contractual requirements. We delete, return, aggregate, or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to backups and lawful exceptions.
SMS consent, confirmation, opt-out, suppression, and delivery evidence may be retained for the period reasonably necessary to operate the program, honor preferences, respond to disputes, demonstrate compliance, prevent unlawful re-enrollment, and satisfy legal or contractual requirements. Opting out stops future messages from the relevant program but does not require immediate deletion of evidence needed to prove and honor the opt-out. Raw biometric or identity material is not collected at base launch; if later activated, it should ordinarily remain with the approved provider and be deleted under a separately disclosed schedule.
TT-PRI-001
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, authentication, logging, encryption where appropriate, vendor oversight, incident response, and secure development practices. Public intake uses server-side validation and restricted provider credentials. Messaging webhooks are designed to verify provider signatures, process events idempotently, and maintain suppression evidence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
TT-PRI-001
Depending on location and applicable law, individuals may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or limit certain uses of personal information; opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, profiling, or automated decision activities; withdraw consent where processing is consent-based; and appeal a denied request. TruckerTech will verify requests and may retain information where legally permitted or required.
SMS recipients may reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or START to resubscribe after an opt-out where supported. They may also contact support@truckertech.com. Withdrawing optional SMS consent does not affect a prior lawful processing activity or a direct response separately requested through another channel.
TT-PRI-001
Users may manage nonessential communications through provided controls. Operational, security, transactional, legal, and account notices may still be sent. Separate consent and preference controls apply where required to text messages, calls, marketing, automated communications, and optional call recording, transcription, or AI-assisted communications.
Quo is operated by OpenPhone Technologies, Inc. d/b/a Quo and supports the public business line, Tucker call handling, and directly related person-to-person or call-triggered follow-up. Twilio supports the separate automated website and platform SMS program when that program is activated. Calling or messaging the public business line does not enroll a person in the automated SMS program. Any recording, transcription, or AI feature must remain configuration-dependent and may be used only with appropriate notice, consent, access controls, retention, and lawful operating procedures.
TT-PRI-001
The Platform is not intended for children under 16. A person aged 16 or 17 may participate only through a limited organization-invited or organization-authorized relationship and may not make a self-service purchase or enroll in the optional automated SMS program. Identity-document, biometric, liveness, consumer-report, and other age-restricted or regulated functions require separate adult eligibility and remain disabled at base launch. Product controls, not this Notice alone, must enforce the approved age treatment.
TT-PRI-001
TruckerTech does not intentionally offer the base-launch Platform or optional SMS program outside the United States and District of Columbia. Providers may process information in locations established by their service architecture, account configuration, contracts, and subprocessors. Where a legally required international-transfer mechanism applies, TruckerTech will rely on the applicable provider and contractual mechanism. Incidental access by an authorized user while traveling does not by itself create a supported international offering.
TT-PRI-001
We may update this Notice. Material changes will be communicated as required, and the effective date and version will be posted. A material change to the SMS program, its use cases, or its handling of mobile information will be evaluated for renewed notice or consent before the change applies.
