Billing
How billing works.
A few plain rules, so there are no surprises.
- Is there a discount for paying annually?
- Yes. Pay a base subscription annually and you get two months free. Charges per user, per driver and per load stay monthly.
- When am I charged?
- Subscriptions are paid up front and are not prorated. Charges per user, per driver and per load are monthly.
- What happens when I add someone mid-cycle?
- A full month is charged when you add them. That payment covers them through your next billing date, so they are billed together with everyone else from then on and nobody is charged twice for the same month.
- Is there a free trial?
- No. Taking part is free, and that is how you try TruckerTech: join a load you are invited to and see it from your seat.
- Which currency and which customers?
- Prices are in US dollars and for US customers. International participants join when a US organization sponsors them.
Paying never buys trust, a better verification result, more visibility or more authority.
