Product

Everything a load needs, in one place everyone shares.

Connected systems feed one shared load. Intelligence reads it, Automation acts on it, and people decide, with trust and a complete history running through every layer.

The shared load

One neutral place for the load.

TruckerTech calls it a Core: the shared operating record for one movement of freight. Every participant works from the same Core, and each sees what its role, relationship and agreements allow. Sharing a load never means sharing everything.

  • Created once, from any route: a form, an invitation, a document or a connected system. The same tender by email and by upload becomes one load.
  • Private layers that never merge. Each company keeps its own margin, references and pay on the load, where no one else can open them.
  • Invitations go to named people, not shared inboxes. Accepting the rate confirmation accepts the load.
  • Stops and appointments in one place, with the facility on the same page as the carrier and the broker.
  • Corrections add; they never erase. The original stays in the history next to the correction.

One load, every seat

The same Core. Each seat sees its part.

A tender arrives the way it always has, and a person reviews it. From then on the shipper, broker, carrier, facility and driver work from one record, narrowed to what each is allowed to see.

1 / 6 A tender arrives from Example Shipper Co. and is read into a proposal. A person reviews it first.

Every seat

Built for each seat on the load.

Same load. A different permitted view for each company, and for each person in it.

Illustrative · synthetic data. One load, three permitted views.

The workspace

One workspace. Humans in control.

The Command Canvas shows what needs attention, explains it and lets you act, without opening eleven tabs to answer one question.

Attention, not alerts

Attention lists only the work that needs a person, each item with a reason, an owner, its urgency, the source and the authority needed. Routine work that Automation is handling does not interrupt you.

Understand, then go deeper

Open the sidecar on any load to see what is happening, why it matters, who has authority and what happens next. Move between views and nothing resets.

Lenses for every role

A Lens is a saved view of your workspace. Carrier, broker, shipper and facility Lenses start each role in the right place. A Lens never grants access; every view still checks your role.

Fast from the keyboard

Cmd or Ctrl and K reaches any load, person, document or action. Single keys open a preview; only a deliberate confirm ever changes anything.

Connections

Your systems remain your systems.

TruckerTech does not replace your TMS, your ELD and telematics, your scheduling platform or your factoring provider. It connects them into one operating context, and governs every exchange on the way through.

Every fact keeps its name

A specialist’s ETA or determination shows whose answer it is and how fresh it is. It is never relabeled as TruckerTech’s own.

Connected is not authorized

A connected system gains no permissions by being connected. It receives only what the purpose needs.

The load keeps working

If a connection is down or not set up yet, the load carries on with native updates, and the screen says which source is in use.

Everything can be switched off

Per connection, per capability and per provider, at any time, with a record of the change. Missing an integration? Request it from inside the work.

Intelligence

Ask anything. Check every answer.

TruckerTech Intelligence works inside your operation, not against an export. It analyzes, explains, compares, summarizes and drafts from exactly what you are allowed to see.

  • Sources and freshness on every material answer, so you can check it before you rely on it.
  • Inference is labelled as inference. A conclusion is never promoted to fact. Without enough evidence, it says so.
  • It sees what you can see, and nothing more. It never cites something you cannot open.
  • It proposes; you say go. It can carry out the work for you, with exactly your permissions and only after you confirm.
  • Your organization decides. An administrator turns it on or off and chooses which actions always need confirmation. Your data never trains models.
  • Already use an outside AI service? AI Connect lets it read the context you allow, for the purpose you allow, with a record of what was shared. It reads; it never acts.

Why is the delivery on Core 48213 at risk?

The driver recorded the Stop 1 departure at 11:42 AM Thursday, after the 8:00–10:00 AM pickup window [1].

The delivery appointment at Example Facility is still Friday 6:00–8:00 AM [2], and the current ETA is 9:10 AM [3].

Automation

It does the work you authorize.

Automation carries out registered actions across TruckerTech, the systems you have connected and the providers you have approved. Every automation belongs to a person or an organization, and can do exactly what that owner could do. No more.

  • Personal or organization. Automate your own authorized work, or your company’s, with rules that keep working when people change roles.
  • People approve what matters. High-impact steps can require two approvers. A timeout escalates; it never approves.
  • Done means confirmed. A step is finished only when every destination confirms, and partial results stay visible.
  • Anything unclear holds, visibly, with an owner. It never guesses.
  • Limits and off switches for the organization, one workflow, one action and one owner.

Verification

Know who you are dealing with, before any load moves.

TruckerTech answers two questions separately: who is this person, and may they act for that company? Counterparties see only what they need.

  • Organizations are matched to official records: carrier registration, state business registries and insurance filings.
  • Owners and administrators prove who they are with ID Secure, and confirm the people who work for them.
  • Badges, not a score. “Authority active” and “Meets your requirements” are dated facts. Your requirement result is shown only to you.
  • Payment changes are held for independent verification, and mismatched domains, names or remit-to details raise a finding.

The driver experience

Built for the cab: tap, confirm, done.

Stop updates, location-confirmed arrival and departure, and proof of delivery, from the phone the driver already carries.

  • One tap records arrival. Every permitted seat sees it, so nobody calls to ask.
  • Location is never stored. Sharing is the driver’s choice, used once to confirm the stop; only the result is kept, in feet and miles.
  • Works without signal. A tap waits on the phone and is sent once when the signal returns.
  • Proof of delivery at the dock: the signed receipt and photos attach to the load before the truck leaves.
  • Voice in motion. Short, read-only answers while driving; anything sensitive waits until parked.
  • An identity that is theirs. The driver’s TruckerTech identity belongs to the driver, not to any carrier, and travels with them.

Audit

One audit trail, across every system.

Everything that touches a load, from every connected system, person, Intelligence and Automation, lands in one trail on the Core. Who changed what, when, and on whose authority, in seconds.

1 / 8 Everything on Core 48213 lands in one timeline: connected systems, people, Intelligence and Automation. Entries are added, never edited.

Illustrative · synthetic data.
  • Append-only and attributable. Every entry says what happened, who did it (a person, Intelligence, Automation or a connected system), on whose authority, in which system and under which reference, and when. Entries are added, never edited.
  • Found by anyone’s reference. Search by the shipper’s, broker’s, carrier’s or facility’s own number and reach the load and its trail.
  • Corrections never erase. A correction is a new entry that supersedes the old one; both stay, with who and when.
  • Audit visibility equals your own visibility. Each seat reads the history it may already see. The broker’s private margin entries are the broker’s alone. Hold several roles? You choose which one you act as; nothing is silently combined.
  • Evidence lives with the entry, not in an inbox: the photo, the signature, the signed document.

Unlike anything you have used

Software that answers to you.

Freight software usually means another portal to check. TruckerTech is built the other way around: calm by default, fast from the keyboard, and honest about where every fact came from.

Ask anything. Check every answer.

Intelligence explains what is happening and why, from exactly what you are allowed to see. Every material answer cites its sources and how fresh they are, and inference is marked as inference.

Nothing runs until you confirm.

Every change, whether a person, Intelligence or Automation starts it, shows its target, the authority it needs, who must approve and who will see it, before it runs.

Every fact can say why.

Any value answers three questions in one keystroke: where it came from, how old it is, and whether it is fact or inference.

One keystroke to anything.

Press Cmd or Ctrl and K to reach any load, person, document or action you are allowed to see. Dispatch works from the keyboard alone.

Live, without refreshing.

When a driver taps Arrived, every permitted seat sees it, with its source, without anyone reloading a page or picking up a phone.

Tap, confirm, done.

Drivers get one card and one large button. With no signal, a tap waits on the phone and is sent once when the signal returns.

Illustrative · synthetic data. Calm by design: no red, amber and green walls. Attention is reserved for the work that genuinely needs a person.

Getting started

Start with what you already run.

No rip-and-replace and no big-bang cutover. Every step adds value on its own.

  1. Connect what you run

Your TMS, ELD and telematics, scheduling, factoring, email and messaging stay your systems of record. Everything else works natively until you connect it.

  2. Invite your counterparties

Find brokers and carriers by MC or USDOT number, and invite shippers and facilities to the loads they are part of, including companies not yet on TruckerTech.

  3. Your drivers use their phones

Drivers sign in on the phone they already carry, see their stops, tap updates and capture proof of delivery.

Start with the core workflow and add Automation, Intelligence, AI Connect, Voice or ID Secure as your operation needs them. Paying never expands what anyone is authorized to do. See pricing

Pricing

Start with the core workflow. Add capability when you need it.

Automation, Intelligence, AI Connect, Voice and ID Secure are added by the person or company that wants them. Taking part is free; see the prices.

  • Paying never expands authority. A capability adds what you can do with the permissions you already have. It never adds permission.

See it on your own loads.

Tell us which systems you run and which counterparties you work with, and we will map your first loads with you.
