Audit
Show the care you took on every load.
Audit keeps a complete, time-stamped record of the checks you ran on the carrier and the service delivered: who did what, when, on whose authority and from which system.
A record of checks and service, not a guarantee, a rating or legal advice.
For shippers & brokers
The record of how the carrier was chosen and the load was run.
When a load goes wrong, the questions are how the carrier was chosen and how the load was run. Audit keeps the answers as they happened: every check you ran and the service delivered, in time order.
The checks, as they stood at tender.
The carrier’s authority, insurance and identity checks, each with its source, its time and its version, captured when you tendered.

The right people, the right driver.
The carrier and the people who act for it, verified. With Protect, the driver confirms with a passkey at pickup and through delivery. A missed confirmation shows as a gap, never hidden.

1 / 4 Every party
- Append-only and attributable. Every entry says what happened, who did it (a person, Intelligence, Automation or a connected system), on whose authority, in which system and under which reference, and when. Entries are added, never edited.
- Search by any reference. Enter the shipper’s, broker’s, carrier’s or facility’s own number to reach the load and its trail.
- Corrections never erase. A correction is a new entry that supersedes the old one; both stay, with who and when.
- Every check keeps its source. A specialist partner’s result stays the partner’s own, with its time and version, and TruckerTech Nexus keeps it attributed to the partner that ran it. TruckerTech does not turn it into a score of its own.
- Audit visibility equals your own visibility. Each seat reads the history it may already see. The broker’s private margin entries are the broker’s alone. Hold several roles? You choose which one you act as; nothing is silently combined.
- Evidence lives with the entry, not in an inbox: the photo, the signature, the signed document.
- Kept for 7 years. Records are kept for 7 years; Enterprise retention is negotiable.
