How posting works
From draft to hired driver in four steps.
Verify your company
Only a verified company publishes. A posting stays a draft until then.
Write the posting
Pick equipment, home time and pay type. Tick the requirements drivers filter on, such as a CDL-A, hazmat or TWIC. Add your own in plain words.
Publish
The posting gets its own public page and appears in Driver jobs, newest first, at no extra cost.
Hire
Applicants arrive in one pipeline, by stage. Make an offer. When the driver accepts, they join your roster.

Each recruiter completes ID Secure, which locks their TTID to them, included in the Recruiting add-on. Verifying your organization is free.

Use its TruckerTech ID. A verified carrier confirms with a passkey.
Post and pre-screen
Postings name the carrier and stay drafts until it confirms you. You pre-screen on non-sensitive information only.
Hand the driver to the carrier
The carrier screens fully, decides and hires.
Working with recruiters
A verified carrier confirms every recruiter.
- A carrier confirms the recruiters who post for it, with a passkey.
- It can end it any time. Their postings come down, and the applications stay with the carrier.
- Recruiters never hire for a carrier. The carrier screens fully, decides and hires.
- A recruiter can buy the Recruiting add-on before any carrier confirms them. Their postings wait as drafts until one does.
- Someone with a confirmed carrier connection has no recruiter seat: they may recruit for that carrier if it gives them the permission, but not as a third-party recruiter.

$100 a week
The first place on a results page. 5 a week for each equipment type in each region.
Sponsored
$20 a week
Up to 5 places under it. Take 1, 4 or 12 weeks.

A package is the weekly price times its weeks: no discount, and the places are held for you.
Renewal, and who gets the open places
- Auto-renew is on by default, and you switch it off in one tap. A paid week runs to its end.
- Open places go to the longer-term subscriptions first, so a 12-week package holds its place against a week-to-week one.
- A posting that comes down, or whose recruiter is revoked, pauses its promotion.
Always labelled, never ranked
- Every paid place carries its label, Featured or Sponsored.
- Organic results keep their newest-first order.
- Paying never changes a company’s verification, the ID Secured requirement or how a driver’s fit is shown.
- Only postings that match the driver’s filters are shown. Places are never padded with ones that do not.
ID Secured requirements
Decide, posting by posting, who you want to verify.
ID Secure locks a driver’s TTID to them, so a hire is harder to fake. Drivers see your choice on the posting before they apply.
No requirement
The default. Anyone can apply.

You sponsor the check
Free to the driver, $9 to you for each check. A driver who already holds ID Secured is never checked again.

Verified recruiter
Drivers see who is behind a posting.
A posting made by a recruiter says so, and names the carrier as the employer.
- The recruiter is ID Secured.
- A verified carrier confirmed the recruiter.
- It ends the moment either side ends it.

- The listing says who posted it: “via” the partner.

Prices are in US dollars, plus applicable sales tax. The check fee applies whatever the result, unless the check service is unavailable or we aren’t charged for it.
