Partner job posting

Jobs from the systems carriers already use.

A driver lifecycle partner or a job board can post a carrier’s jobs to the Career Network through TruckerTech™ Nexus. The carrier stays in control, and the applicant stays the carrier’s.

What it means

One posting, whichever system wrote it.

  • A listing like any otherIt has its own public page and appears in Driver jobs, the driver app and search results.
  • Verified carriers onlyOnly a verified carrier publishes, through any route.
  • Says who posted itThe listing names the carrier as the employer and says “via” the partner.
  • Same rulesA partner follows the same rules as a posting made on TruckerTech.

For carriers

Keep your partners. Add the Career Network.

You already hire through a driver lifecycle partner or a job board. Connect it once, and its postings for you appear in the Career Network too.

  1. Connect your partner

You connect it once, from your own account. Only a verified company can.

  2. Its postings flow in

The partner posts your jobs. Each is a listing with your company as the employer.

  3. Drivers apply once

A driver applies with their TruckerTech profile and shares what they choose, field by field.

  4. You hire from one pipeline

Applicants arrive in your pipeline, by stage, next to the ones from your own postings.

What carriers keep

  • Who owns the applicant

    • You do. The application belongs to your company.
    • A driver shares only what they choose with you.
    • End the connection and the postings come down. The applications stay with you.
  • What stays in your control

    • You connect the partner, and you can disconnect it at any time.
    • You choose, posting by posting, whether drivers need ID Secure, which locks a driver’s TTID to them.
    • You screen, decide and hire. A partner never hires for you.
    • Anything written into your systems goes through your own connections.

How it shows in TruckerTech

  • How it shows in TruckerTech

    • The listing says it came via your partner, and names you as the employer.
    • A hire counts the same whether it came from a job board, a hiring partner or a posting made here.
    • Paying to promote a posting never changes your verification or how a driver’s fit is shown.

For partners and job boards

Post a carrier’s jobs. Receive the hire.

A certified partner connects to a carrier through TruckerTech Nexus, with that carrier’s approval. You post the jobs it asks you to, and the carrier’s hires reach your system.

  1. Get certified

Request access and tell us what your system does for carriers.

  2. The carrier connects you

It connects you once, from its own account, and can end it any time.

  3. Post its jobs

Each job becomes a Career Network listing for that carrier, under the same rules.

  4. Receive the hire

When a driver is hired, the new driver is written into the carrier’s connected system, on the record.

What you get

  • Your jobs reach drivers in Driver jobs, in the driver app and in search results.
  • Every listing says it came via you.
  • Applicants go to the carrier’s pipeline, so the carrier acts on them in one place.
  • The same connection carries the hire back to you.

Terms of use

Consent, data and branding.

  • Consent

    • A carrier approves every connection, and can end it at any time.
    • A driver chooses what to share with each carrier. You receive only what the carrier and the driver allow.
    • Ending a connection closes the partner’s postings.
  • Data

    • A public listing carries only public job facts. No driver, applicant, recruiter or contact details.
    • Only verified carriers publish, through any route.
    • Applications belong to the carrier.

Branding, and Recruiter accounts

  • Branding

    • The listing says “via” and your name.
    • Every partner agreement includes permission to show your logo. TruckerTech shows it only under that agreement.
    • A paid place is always labelled, and payment never changes trust or rank.

A recruiter or agency that posts for carriers directly uses a Recruiter account, which includes unlimited job postings and unlimited applicants. For recruiters
