Deprecation

Nothing is removed inside a major version, and a deprecation is announced well before its sunset.

Minimum notice: 12 months for a generally available operation, 3 months for a preview one.
Announced twice: in the changelog, and in the document itself, as deprecated: true with x-truckertech-sunset.
Said on every answer: a deprecated operation's responses carry the Deprecation (RFC 9745) and Sunset (RFC 8594) headers and a Link to the migration guide.
Security exception: a security fix may break sooner. It is announced the same day, with the reason.
