PRODUCTION NOTICE: This exact version was approved for production and made effective on August 1, 2026 by Jaime E. Fuentes II under TT-LGL-000P, TT-LGL-000Q, and TT-LGL-000R. This Policy is active for Platform services and users to whom it is posted, linked, or incorporated. Any provider, configuration, feature, data-flow, enforcement, reporting, or workflow detail identified as conditional, implementation-pending, not yet selected, or not yet enabled is not represented as active and will be updated when the relevant information becomes available. Restricted features remain unavailable until separately activated.

Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use the Platform to commit fraud; impersonate another person or organization; falsify identity, authority, credentials, documents, insurance, licensing, employment, shipment, location, delivery, or payment information; evade sanctions or legal restrictions; facilitate theft, cargo diversion, trafficking, or other unlawful activity; or interfere with investigations.
Users may not obtain, disclose, sell, scrape, export, monitor, track, or use personal, identity, biometric, location, communication, Core, or organization data without authorization and a lawful purpose.
Users may not discriminate unlawfully; harass, threaten, exploit, or stalk others; publish unlawful or infringing material; send spam or deceptive communications; or use Career Network or communications features for abusive recruiting, employment, or marketing practices.
Users may not introduce malware; probe or bypass security; defeat authentication, rate limits, permissions, billing, logging, consent, or evidence controls; access another account or tenant; reverse engineer except where law prohibits restriction; conduct unauthorized testing; or disrupt Platform availability.
Users may not use Automation, bots, APIs, AI agents, integrations, or connected accounts outside released capabilities, documented scopes, rate limits, permissions, and human-review requirements. Automated actions must not create deceptive records, fabricate evidence, evade required approvals, exceed the acting organization’s authority, or make prohibited high-impact decisions.

Identity and Assurance Misuse
Identity, document, selfie, biometric, liveness, and assurance functions may be used only when the exact feature has been separately activated, released, and presented for an authorized disclosed purpose. Biometric, liveness, and Live Acceptance functions remain disabled for the base launch. Users may not attempt to activate, simulate, bypass, coerce, or misuse a restricted identity function; submit another person’s information; capture identity material outside an approved flow; reuse a result outside its permitted context; or treat an assurance result as an absolute guarantee.

Enforcement
TruckerTech may investigate, preserve evidence, limit functionality, revoke credentials or integrations, suspend or terminate access, notify affected organizations or providers, and report conduct to authorities where appropriate. TruckerTech may act immediately when delay could create security, fraud, safety, legal, or operational risk.

Reporting
Suspected security misuse should be reported to security@truckertech.com. Other suspected abuse may be reported to compliance@truckertech.com or support@truckertech.com. Reports should include available account, organization, Core, transaction, and evidence details, but sensitive credentials, identity documents, payment information, or exploit material must not be sent through ordinary email unless an approved secure-transfer method is provided.
