PRODUCTION NOTICE: This exact version supplements TT-PRI-001 and was approved for production and made effective on August 1, 2026 by Jaime E. Fuentes II under TT-LGL-000P, TT-LGL-000Q, and TT-LGL-000R. This Addendum is active where the applicable state law, threshold, role, and processing facts cover TruckerTech and the request. When applicability or operational details are not yet known, TruckerTech will evaluate the matter under the applicable law and update this Addendum or its procedures when the relevant information becomes available.
TT-PRI-002
Scope
This Addendum applies only to residents of U.S. states whose comprehensive privacy laws apply to TruckerTech and to the particular processing at issue. Rights vary by state, are subject to exceptions, and may not apply when TruckerTech acts solely as a processor, service provider, contractor, employer, business-to-business recipient, regulated entity, or other exempt role.
TT-PRI-002
Categories of Personal Information
The categories potentially processed are described in TT-PRI-001 and may include identifiers; account and organization data; contact information; commercial and billing records; professional and Career information; Driver, shipment, facility, Core, and workflow records; device, usage, security, and approximate or precise location data; communications; documents and media; identity-assurance results; sensitive personal information; and inferences or Platform Intelligence that remain linked to an identifiable person.
TT-PRI-002
Purposes and Recipients
TruckerTech may process personal information to provide, secure, personalize, support, measure, and improve the Platform; verify identity and authority; operate Cores and connected workflows; communicate; prevent fraud; comply with law; administer subscriptions; support Career functions; and enable customer-authorized Ecosystem Partners. Disclosures may be made to service providers, processors, contractors, customer-authorized organizations and Partners, professional advisers, transaction counterparties, and authorities as described in TT-PRI-001.
TT-PRI-002
Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
TruckerTech does not sell personal information for money and does not authorize advertising pixels, cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted-advertising technologies, session replay, or fingerprinting at base launch. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights are enabled for aggregate website analytics and performance measurement; they are used for service analytics and performance measurement, not advertising. Ecosystem Partner connections must be separately authorized and purpose-limited. If an actual practice constitutes sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or covered profiling under applicable law, TruckerTech will provide the required opt-out method and honor legally recognized universal opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control where applicable.
TT-PRI-002
Rights That May Apply
Subject to applicable law and verification, a resident may have rights to confirm processing; access or know categories and specific pieces of personal information; correct inaccuracies; delete information; obtain a portable copy; opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; limit or withdraw consent for sensitive-data processing; receive information about recipients; and appeal a denied request. TruckerTech will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable right.
TT-PRI-002
Sensitive Personal Information
Sensitive information may include government identifiers, account credentials, financial information, communications content, employment or regulated-qualification information, precise geolocation, and biometric or identity-assurance information. TruckerTech may process only the sensitive categories required by an active and authorized function, using purpose limitation, access controls, retention limits, and consent where required. Precise background location, biometric or liveness processing, raw identity evidence, consumer reports, and high-impact AI uses remain disabled for the base launch.
TT-PRI-002
Submitting a Request
Requests may be submitted to privacy@truckertech.com or mailed to TruckerTech LLC, 620 Sea Island Road, Unit 307, Saint Simons Island, Georgia 31522. TruckerTech may add an online request form or another state-specific method. A request should identify the applicable person, account, state of residence, right being exercised, and enough context to locate the relevant records without sending passwords, payment credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information.
TT-PRI-002
Verification
TruckerTech may verify a request by matching account, contact, organization, transaction, device, or identity information reasonably related to the request. TruckerTech will request only information reasonably necessary for verification and may use an approved identity provider for higher-risk requests. If identity or authority cannot be verified, TruckerTech may deny or limit the request as permitted by law.
TT-PRI-002
Authorized Agents
Where permitted, an authorized agent may submit a request. TruckerTech may require proof of signed authority, direct confirmation from the consumer, or other legally permitted verification. A valid power of attorney will be handled as required by applicable law.
TT-PRI-002
Appeals
If a request is denied and the applicable law grants an appeal right, the response will explain how to appeal. Appeals may be submitted to privacy@truckertech.com with the original request reference. TruckerTech will respond within the period required by the applicable law and will identify any right to contact a state regulator.
TT-PRI-002
Limitations and Exceptions
TruckerTech may retain or decline to delete information when reasonably necessary to complete a transaction; provide a requested service; protect security and integrity; prevent fraud; exercise or defend legal claims; comply with law, audit, tax, insurance, safety, employment, transportation, or recordkeeping duties; preserve evidence; honor another person’s rights; maintain de-identified information; or satisfy another statutory exception.

The Platform is not intended for children under 16. Users aged 16 or 17 may access limited functions only through an authorized organization and remain subject to employment, licensing, parental-authorization, and other applicable requirements. TruckerTech does not knowingly sell or share personal information of users under 18 for targeted advertising and does not activate age-restricted identity, biometric, consumer-report, or self-service purchasing workflows for those users.
TT-PRI-002
Metrics and Recordkeeping
Where required, TruckerTech will maintain request and response records and publish or report privacy-request metrics. Records will be limited to what is needed to demonstrate compliance and will not be used for unrelated purposes.

Changes
This Addendum may be updated to reflect changes in law or processing. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and additional notice when required.
